Group Classes

Schedule

Group classes are the core of what we do at CFCP. We love to work hard and train with our friends. It’s so much more enjoyable to make it through a tough work out when your doing it in a awesome group.

To join our group classes you need to.

  • Have CrossFit experience at another gym and can show that you are proficient on most basic movements.

  • Or have a intro with one of our coaches and they decide that your squat, dead lift and other movements are satisfactory enough to go to group classes.

  • Do personal training with one of our coaches until you are ready for the classes.
