The best way to get a feel for CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free intro classes. Each intro will include some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation on what we do on a daily basis.
Free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we've built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they're in.
At the end of your first intro class our trainer will help you decide the best course of action.
Personal training - Personal training is the fastest way to jump ahead on your fitness journey. Working with one of our trainers we will teach you the basics and get you to the point where you will feel comfortable and prepared to join our regular classes. The number of training sessions may be different for each athlete.
Trainer or Coach Shadowing - If you are a more experienced athlete and once you get your trainers approval during your free intro or personal training session you can join our regular classes.
